Job summary

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work on a 3-month contract in occupied residential properties. You will perform plastering, patch repairs and general maintenance while delivering safe, tidy work and excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS, strong plastering skills, and the ability to use tablets to receive instructions and update work orders. Own tools and transport are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, including patch repairs, skimming, and finishing.
• Experience carrying out general multi-trade repairs.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Competent in using a tablet or handheld device to complete work orders and order materials.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, patch repairs, skimming, and finishing works.
• Complete high-quality repairs to walls and ceilings in occupied properties.
• Undertake general multi-trade maintenance tasks where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, protecting customers’ homes while carrying out repairs.

• Complete work orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Report any additional repair requirements or health and safety concerns identified during works.
