Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Plasterer to join our Responsive Repairs team in Lancashire. You will be responsible for plastering repairs to tenanted properties, aiming to complete tasks in a single visit where possible while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care.

We value a full manual UK driving licence and relevant plastering qualifications. The role offers a starting salary of £33,758 plus generous holidays and a company van for personal use, with flexible working

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence.
• City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in plastering or NVQ Level2 or higher (Desirable).
• Experience in plastering and related building trades.
• Commitment to high quality, reliable service.
• Literacy and numeracy to complete tickets and time sheets.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties per tickets and drawings.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit where practicable.
• Keep required records (paper or electronic).
• Measure, quantify and procure materials.
• Protect tenants' belongings and liaise with customers politely.
• Conduct risk assessments prior to starting work.
