Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Plasterer to join our Responsive Repairs team. You will undertake plastering repairs in tenanted properties across the Pendle district (Colne, Brierfield, Nelson, Barnoldswick) and aim for first-time repairs with high workmanship standards.

You will need a full UK driving licence and plastering qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, generous holiday, a company van, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Pendle district.
• Literacy and numeracy skills to accurately complete job tickets and timesheets.
• Experience in plastering and related building disciplines.
• Commitment to providing a productive, high quality and reliable service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and its impact on repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties in line with tickets, slots and drawings.
• Aim to complete a repair in one visit wherever possible with right first time workmanship.
• Keep required records, including measurements and materials quantities.
• Protect tenants' furniture and belongings; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Carry out risk assessments prior to starting work and follow safety procedures.
