CTS is seeking a reliable maintenance plasterer for ongoing works across South Down, with internal and external tasks and a focus on high-quality plastering to meet deadlines.
The role requires patch repairs, skim coat and drylining work, strict safety compliance, and effective communication with management. A CSR card, health and safety training, and a full UK driving license are essential; overtime may be required.
We are seeking a reliable maintenance plasterer for ongoing works across South Down. The job involves minor works on existing walls and ceilings. There will be mixed job sizes both internal and external.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out Plastering to high quality standard
Response maintenance as and when required
Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered
Communicate with management
Carry out the work to the high-quality standards
Uphold Data Protection Policies
Any other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in patch repairs, skimming, and drylining
Strong focus on cleanliness and dust containment.
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices

As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate CTS will perform a Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process.
