Job summary

Bachy Soletanche Limited is seeking an organised Plant Yard Administrator to support day-to-day plant administration across the Sizewell C project. You will help manage requests, update asset records, coordinate transport, and assist with supplier quotations.

The role requires a CSCS card, strong communication skills, and knowledge of plant/asset hire. You will work closely with site personnel and the Plant Coordination Manager on a range of admin duties.

Qualifications

• Essential: CSCS Card; clear focus on quality; knowledge of plant/asset hire industry; strong communication, both written and spoken.
• Desirable: proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite; ability to engage with site personnel and develop good working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant administrative duties for internal and external operations.
• Assist with processing site requests from all sites.
• Support maintenance of the Asset Register and Damage Register.
• Assist Plant Coordination Manager with processing site requests and queries.
• Coordinate transport bookings and supplier quotations for plant/equipment.
• Collect weekly plant inspection forms, delivery inspection forms and PUWER logs.
• Gather NRMM data from all sites and assist with stock taking and re-orders.
• Manage stationery and welfare consumables for the Plant Yard Office.
