Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a Plant Engineer to support Sizewell C. You will manage plant assets, plan preventative maintenance, prepare RAMS and coordinate procurement. The role requires strong organizational skills, RAMS experience, and a drive for safety and efficiency.

Based in the UK, the role involves interaction with internal teams and external suppliers, with responsibilities spanning compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement to improve plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant engineering, plant management or maintenance coordination.
• Experience preparing RAMS and evidence of asset management principles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain register of plant, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Develop and monitor planned maintenance schedules (PPM).
• Prepare RAMS and ensure safety compliance.
• Order and manage parts, maintain stock levels.
• Produce reports on maintenance compliance and asset performance.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
