Pertemps is seeking a Workshop Technician to join our Redhill yard team. You will maintain, service and repair plant machinery and specialized equipment, preparing gear for hire and performing yard maintenance to ensure reliability.

We welcome both early career and experienced technicians with mechanical and electrical aptitude. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will benefit from a supportive team and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence (Essential)
• Experience in mechanical and electrical trades preferred
• Willingness to work in yard environment and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, servicing and repairing plant machinery and specialized equipment.
• Preparing equipment for hire following check sheets.
• Completing scheduled maintenance in the yard.
• Occasionally attending on-site breakdowns when required
