Zusammenfassung

NEOS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant Workshop Engineer to join a Gloucestershire-based team. You will service, diagnose and repair a range of plant and specialist equipment, including engines, electronics and hydraulics, in a workshop setting.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours starting 7:30am, with no overtime and a clear pathway for growth within a stable, workshop-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter or similar.
• Strong knowledge of engines, electronics and hydraulics.
• Experience diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on plant or specialist equipment.
• Welding experience is highly desirable.
• A full, valid driving licence is required.
• Reliable, hands-on approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and specialist equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Work on engines, electrical systems and hydraulic components.
• Carry out inspections, fault-finding and preventative maintenance.
• Complete repairs and servicing to a high standard, ensuring machinery is safe and operational.
• Identify faults efficiently and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and compliant with health and safety requirements.
