We're excited to announce an opening for a Plant Supervisor at our state-of-the-art facility in Devizes. This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities focusing on maintaining and enhancing our mechanical operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the efficient operation of the wash plant equipment.
2. Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to prevent downtime.
3. Monitor production processes and provide quality checks consistently.
4. Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Flexibility in working hours.
3. Mechanical or Maintenance experience is required.
4. Physical fit to do manual labor.
5. Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous.
6. Proven commitment to safety practices.
7. Strong communication skills are essential.
