Are you experienced in supervising within a plant or production environment? Are you seeking a challenging role with full autonomy in an established business operating across multiple UK sites? Due to ongoing growth, my client is seeking a plant supervisor to join their state-of-the-art facility near Bristol. The successful candidate will oversee plant, maintenance, production, and delivery staff, ensuring all operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the plant manager and operations director, playing a vital role in managing this busy production and distribution site. The ideal candidate will have team management experience in a production or plant setting and will benefit from excellent training to develop skills in transport, delivery, and operations.

You will be employed by a leading manufacturer of building and construction products, supplying loyal customers across the UK and managing the entire process from enquiry to delivery. Operating across multiple sites in England offers potential progression opportunities to roles such as plant or transport manager, supported by comprehensive training to facilitate career development within the company.
