British Gypsum Partnership is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a team including a Process Engineer, a Line Engineer and a Controls Engineer at our Robertsbridge gypsum plant in East Sussex. You will drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and develop a three-year strategy aligned with the site roadmap.

The role offers a full-time schedule, a competitive salary with bonus, plus pension and flexible benefits including healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience in large manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence experience.
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Inspirational leader who develops and motivates teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage your team's KPIs and be accountable for H&S and performance.
• Develops a strategy for the next three years to meet the site roadmap targets.
• Lead medium-term improvement plans and drive CAPEX projects for area.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing activities identified for the Performance Team.
• Use data to forecast and adjust maintenance plans and schedule accordingly.
• Create a safe, sustainable working environment.
