Holcim is launching a brand-new facility in the UK and is seeking a hands-on operator to run essential processing equipment from day one. You will contribute to safe, efficient daily workflows and engage with a supportive team dedicated to sustainable building solutions, with a Monday–Friday pattern from early start to early finish.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with clear communication and safety-first approach.
• Willingness to balance mechanical plant operation with weighbridge duties.
• Proactive and organized with accurate record-keeping and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary crusher and wash plant to ensure consistent material output.
• Manage weighbridge, issue tickets, and greet hauliers/visitors.
• Perform daily safety checks and support maintenance/engineering teams.
• Maintain housekeeping to keep work areas hazard-free.
• Monitor and log production data, stoppages, and inventory.
