Job summary

DP World are recruiting an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Operations team at Minworth. You will oversee the site’s overall performance, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery of operations while meeting customer expectations and business objectives.

You will provide strategic leadership across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environmental performance, driving continuous improvement and developing organisational capability for future growth.

Qualifications

Senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar complex environment.
Proven track record of managing site performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost and people.
Strong commercial and financial awareness with budgets, business plans and targets.
Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Effective leadership, people development and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day and strategic management of the plant to achieve operational, customer and financial objectives.
Ensure SLAs are met and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Present performance metrics, KPIs and improvement plans in reviews with customers and senior management.
Develop and deliver the site business plan, budget and longer-term strategy.
Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environmental performance; embed continuous improvement.
