Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Mechanic to join our client based in Alva, Clackmannanshire on a permanent basis!

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm. Friday, 8am to 3:30pm

Salary: 17 to 21 per hour (depending on experience)

Working as a Plant Mechanic:

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs of company vehicles, as well as plant pieces and machinery
• Following work schedules, ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled
• Fault-finding and identifying electrical/mechanical issues
• Preparing vehicles in the fleet for MOT/inspections

The successful Plant Mechanic will be:

• Experienced in working within a workshop environment
• In possession of a valid driving licence
• A team-player, with the ability to work independently
• Experienced working with HGVs (preferable, but not essential)
