Job summary

Combined Soil Stabilisation Ltd in Bolton is looking for an experienced Heavy Plant Mechanic to join our team. This role involves working in our workshop and across the UK, supporting a modern fleet of specialist plant and equipment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Comfortable with nights away from home.
• Willing and able to travel across the UK at short notice.
• Previous experience within piling and/or ground stabilisation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair heavy plant and specialist equipment.
• Carry out breakdowns, planned maintenance, and inspections on-site.
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism.
• Liaise with operations and management to minimise downtime.
