• Lead the site team in delivering a safety-first culture.
• Drive safety compliance through effective implementation of the facility's Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Quality Manual, in line with associated accreditations.
• Ensure safety, predictability, reliability, and availability are prioritized in all decisions.
• Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss, prepare an annual budget, and manage expenditures.

Requirements

• Extensive people management experience within a large technical department or region at a senior level is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in power, O&G, biomass, or energy/waste sectors are essential.
• Power generation experience is required.
