Role Overview

• We’re seeking a leader to guide and nurture our teams at our Bristol production site, ensuring top-tier operations, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction—bringing out the best in both people and equipment.
• You’ll oversee daily cylinder filling and handling operations, build positive partnerships, and lead a dedicated team towards achieving objectives sustainably.
• You will champion safety and quality by inspiring high standards in SHEQ, leading safety committees and audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
• As a leader with vision, you’ll oversee production and maintenance, manage resources and budgets, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
• You will inspire and develop your team, ensuring they are equipped, empowered, and skilled to succeed.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and increasing productivity.
• Finally, you will safeguard the site’s infrastructure, security, assets, and emergency systems to ensure seamless operations.

What Makes You Great

• You hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND), or possess equivalent on-the-job experience in a similar role.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build positive relationships.
• You are highly safety conscious and knowledgeable about Health and Safety practices and ISO standards.
• Your leadership inspires teams, fosters collaboration, supports development, and delivers results.
• You are a proactive problem solver, capable of making thoughtful decisions under pressure.
• Having a NEBOSH National General Certificate is a plus; we will support you in achieving this.
