Job summary

Thames Water in Esher is seeking a Process Technician to join our maintenance team. The role is full-time with a base location at Esher STW, KT10 8AU, working 38 hours per week with standby and overtime opportunities. Training is provided and there are prospects for progression within a growing organisation.

You will perform planned maintenance across sites, handle reactive faults, and ensure health and safety standards are met. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Be self-motivated, disciplined and eager to learn.
• Must take ownership to diagnose faults and identify solutions first time.
• Knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards.
• Full UK driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment to improve resilience.
• Operate and clean plant to maintain on-site operations and safety standards.
• Attend reactive jobs following plant/equipment failure.
• Keep sites clean, perform safety and security checks, and conduct daily site checks.
