Thames Water Utilities Limited is recruiting a Process Technician for Didcot STW, Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role is permanent, full-time (38 hours, Mon-Fri) with a starting salary of £29,349 and a strong focus on maintenance, safety, and reliable plant operation.

You will perform planned maintenance, operate and clean equipment, handle reactive faults, and conduct daily site checks while adhering to health and safety standards. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Be self-motivated, disciplined, with the desire to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Take ownership to respond quickly to faults and identify solutions first time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment to improve resilience.
• Operate and clean plant and equipment to maintain safety standards.
• Attend reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
• Keep sites clean and tidy and perform safety and security checks.
• Carry out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
