Job summary

Thames Water is hiring a Process Technician to join our pumping team in Camberley. Travel across multiple pumping stations in Home Counties; no previous waste or water industry background required.

You will perform planned maintenance, operate and clean plant, attend reactive jobs, and carry out site checks while adhering to health and safety standards. Base location Camberley, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri 7:30am–3:36pm. Full UK driving licence required; company van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve site resilience.
• Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
• Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.
• Carrying out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
