Qualifikationen

• Mechanical qualification is useful but not essential.
• Pipefitting and welding skills required or beneficial.
• Knowledge of production, engineering and technology processes, with focus on continuous improvement.
• Analytical thinking, sound judgement, and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proactive problem solver able to assess performance against key measures.
• Self-motivated and determined to succeed.
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on PCM casting equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental requirements; follow LOTO and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support the casting shop and plant engineering projects; assist plant-wide engineering functions.
• Carry out mould changes on PCM machines with precision and attention to detail.
