You will steer digital transformation, lean manufacturing, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and achieve sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations, plant management, or supply chain with full accountability.
• Experience managing P&L and leading large manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leadership as primary site EHS leader.
• Own P&L performance and drive targets for sales, gross margin, and cash generation.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Lead digital manufacturing strategy and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Maintain strong customer focus and optimize end-to-end order-to-shipment processes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.
