Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a proactive production supervisor to oversee daily department operations, ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets are met. You will support the Production Supervision Manager to optimize shift performance using Lean tools and drive continuous improvement across the line.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in managing cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP/ERP and Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and technical understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned departments to meet safety, quality and targets.
• Assist supervision manager to optimize shift performance using Lean methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with support functions for on-time product delivery.
• Lead performance management, appraisals and direction for team members.
• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to standard operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement countermeasures for root causes.
• Coordinate engineering changes, trials, and pilot builds; report breakdowns to maintenance.
