Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in cell biology or related field with postdoctoral experience.
- Proven track record developing image-based cellular assays.
- Experience with high-throughput or high-content workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise high-throughput, image-based phenotypic screening workflow for plant cell systems.
- Develop robust cell-based imaging assays to quantify phenotypes including growth, division and morphology.
- Establish reproducible image acquisition and analysis pipelines with segmentation and classification.
- Collaborate with automation and AI teams to scale screening workflows.
- Interpret results and contribute to publications and IP generation.
