Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd. is seeking a motivated Hire Controller to rapidly coordinate plant hire deliveries, plan movements, and liaise with clients to fulfil project requirements.

The role involves ensuring equipment is available, inspected, and correctly documented for each hire. You will liaise with Operations, generate quotations, and maintain records while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plant hire or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of plant types, specs and usage.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in plant hire software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment delivery and collection.
• Plan equipment movements and site allocations.
• Provide timely quotations.
• Work with Operations to manage availability and maintenance.
• Complete delivery notes, safety certificates and POs.
• Resolve issues and manage customer complaints.
• Provide regular reports on operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain client and equipment records.
• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
