Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attending to mechanical, electrical, plant, equipment, and building-related issues as they arise
• Carrying out safety checks and statutory testing as required
• Starting up and shutting down processing plant, equipment, and facilities safely and efficiently
• Delivering a planned preventative maintenance programme to ensure optimum equipment performance and minimal downtime
• Carrying out duties in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 local working instructions and the Company Operations Manual
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities where required
• Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support site operations

This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and site safety., As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of plant and facilities, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned maintenance to minimise downtime.

Your responsibilities will include:
