Job summary

Perfect Placement's client in Windsor is seeking a skilled Plant / Agricultural Fitter to join their workshop. You will diagnose, service, repair and maintain a diverse fleet including screeners, crushers and excavators, ensuring uptime and safety.

The role offers a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with no weekend work, plus ongoing training and opportunities for progression within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing plant machinery and agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service equipment such as screeners, crushers, and excavators.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify faults.
• Repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical components; weld/fabricate when required.
• Attend breakdowns on-site or in workshop to minimise downtime.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and proper parts control.
• Uphold health and safety standards and keep the workshop organized.
