A focus on coaching, data-driven decisions and process improvements is essential to maximise productivity and service quality. You will optimise the Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) and work with Repairs, Voids, Gas, Electrical and Customer Support to uphold safety, compliance

Qualifications

• GCSEs Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent experience.
• Experience of planning, scheduling and diary management.
• Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team, providing clear standards, direction and performance management.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the social housing sector.
• Experience of working with the general public and external agencies.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive environment where colleagues and customers are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing planning team to ensure repairs and maintenance work are scheduled efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
• Develop and optimise utilization of Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) using performance data and operational insight.
• Collaborate with Repairs, Voids, Gas, Electrical and Customer Support to deliver safe, compliant services.
• Drive team performance and continuous improvement through coaching and resource planning.
