As Planning Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing planning team, ensuring repairs and maintenance work is scheduled efficiently, and customers receive an excellent service. Through effective resource planning, workload management and coaching, you’ll drive team performance and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in optimising our Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS), using performance data and operational insight to maximise productivity, improve processes and support the effective operation of our scheduling systems.
Working closely with colleagues across Repairs, Voids, Gas, Electrical and Customer Support, you’ll help deliver safe, compliant and customer-focused services.
