Planning Service Development and Technical Support Team Leader

£40,476 to £45,718 per annum plus benefits

In this role, you will lead, plan, and be responsible for service development, including technical support services and customer interface.
Educated to degree level, you will develop service standards, policies, and strategies, and oversee projects to drive continuous improvement.
