About Our Client

Our client is PE backed, fast growing energy business based nationally in the UK.

Job Description

KPI & Reporting:



  • Establish and report on annual and monthly O&M KPIs


  • Prepare key operational reports for ELT, review meetings, and team updates


  • Analyse operational data to highlight trends, opportunities, and performance issues (e.g. overtime costs)


Meeting Coordination:


  • Organise and support O&M communications across multiple sites


  • Set agendas, compile content, take minutes, and manage follow-ups for meetings


Project & Analytical Support:


  • Deliver data-driven insights to support ongoing O&M projects


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with Finance and other teams to align on forecasts, budgets, and performance

The Successful Applicant



  • Degree or diploma in a relevant subject


  • Strong background in Finance or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)


  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


  • Knowledge of the energy sector would be a bonus


  • Strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to interpret complex data
