Winchester City Council is offering a purposeful and fulfilling career opportunity within our Planning Service. As a Planning Officer you will manage a varied caseload of planning applications, pre-applications and appeals, providing professional recommendations within challenging timescales.

We operate a hybrid working model, 50% of time at home and 50% in the office, and promote collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Planning or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Able to assess information and make balanced recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Full clean driving licence is desirable.

Responsabilités
