Job summary

Gatwick Airport Limited is seeking a Planning Manager to join the planning function at London Gatwick. You will develop, implement and deliver planning and assurance processes across a programme typically valued in excess of £150m, reporting to the Lead Planning Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Planner or Planning Manager on multi-year programmes in construction/infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage small teams.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for the full project journey and controls from concept to closeout.
• Lead planning teams across multiple projects and programmes.
• Lead all programme schedule reporting and dashboard development.
• Contribute to trend analysis, change processes and efficiency improvements.
• Support cost forecasting and ensure alignment with cost plans and schedules.
• Mentor and develop planning staff and uphold HSE standards.
