Our London Borough client is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to extend.
The successful locum Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload of planning and highways work, including Section 106 and planning advice, as well as interesting, high-value project work. Attendance at planning committees on a rota basis is desirable.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running in their busy, dynamic team. Local authority experience is not required but is highly advantageous.
While full-time hours are preferred, part-time candidates will also be considered. The council operates a hybrid working policy, with office attendance required 2-3 days per week.
