Service Care Legal - Construction Lawyer Role

Service Care Legal is currently recruiting for a highly-regarded local authority seeking a Construction Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find the details below:

Role Details

• Position: Construction Lawyer
• Location: North West London / Fully remote options available
• Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months with potential extension
• Rate: £55.00 to £60.00 per hour LTD (£52.81ph PAYE inc., £47.12ph PAYE exc.) - DOE, PQE, and interview performance

Please note that this role can be performed fully remotely for the right candidate.

The Role of the Construction Lawyer

• Manage a caseload of construction law matters through to completion
• Draft NEC/JCT contracts and handle high-value infrastructure projects
• Advise on the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and manage procurements via Framework Agreements

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
• Previous experience working within a local authority is essential
