ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Planning & Environmental Solicitor with 3+ years PQE for a hybrid role in Birmingham. You will work on complex planning and environmental matters for public and private sector clients and support a national team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in planning and environmental law.
• Experience supervising transactional casework and developing colleagues.
• Experience handling statutory and infrastructure agreements, incl. highways.
• Strong technical and organisational skills; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied planning and environmental caseload.
• Lead and develop the Statutory Agreement team.
• Support the national Planning team and oversee related agreements.
• Take responsibility for matters and file management where appropriate.
