Job summary

eNL Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Planning Associate Solicitor with around 4 years' PQE to join its growing planning team, handling a busy caseload for developers, landowners and public sector clients.

You will advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcements, s106 agreements, and regeneration projects, with substantial client contact and opportunities for business development.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge of planning law.
• Experience advising on a range of contentious and/or non-contentious planning matters.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• The ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• The confidence to deal directly with clients and other professionals.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within planning.

Responsibilities

• Planning applications, appeals and enforcement matters.
