Job summary

eNL is seeking an ambitious Planning & Environmental Solicitor to join its Birmingham office. This full-time role offers a salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a hybrid working pattern.

The successful candidate will advise public and private sector clients on contentious and non-contentious planning, environmental, regeneration and compulsory purchase matters, with at least three years PQE.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in planning/environmental law.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and supervising transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning, environmental, regeneration and compulsory purchase matters for public and private sector clients.
• Manage a varied caseload including complex, high-value matters.
• Contribute to business development and support junior colleagues.
