Job summary

eNL is seeking a Planning & Environmental Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join its Birmingham team. The role covers planning, environmental, regeneration and compulsory purchase matters for public and private clients, with leadership responsibilities within the Statutory Agreement team.

Hybrid working and a competitive remuneration package are offered. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including highway and water industry-related agreements, and work across a national team

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and client service orientation.
• Proven experience in supervising transactional casework.
• Experience with statutory and infrastructure agreements, including highways.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning, environmental, regeneration and compulsory purchase matters for public and private clients.
• Take responsibility for management and development of the Statutory Agreement team.
• Handle a varied caseload including Section 278 and Section 38 agreements and related deeds.
• Provide support to the national Planning team and coordinate across offices.
