Fylde Council is seeking a proactive Planning Enforcement Officer to join our Planning Enforcement team. You will monitor developments, investigate breaches of planning control and ensure decisions are upheld with fairness and transparency.

Across Fylde’s diverse borough—from countryside to coast and busy town centres—you will engage with residents, developers and elected members, applying planning legislation and delivering a high standard of place-making.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, developers and elected members.
• Knowledge of planning legislation is an advantage; training provided.
