Stannah Stairlifts is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator for our Andover headquarters to coordinate installations, removals and distribution across the UK, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will schedule installers and subcontractors, liaise with customers and authorities, and maintain accurate records while supporting continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, administration or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, removal and distribution activity to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule work for installers and subcontractors, managing priorities and resolving scheduling challenges.
• Liaise with customers, Local Authorities and internal teams to support efficient job delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement across planning processes.
