Job summary

Stannah Group in Andover is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator to join our Operations Department. You will coordinate installations, removals and distribution across the UK, ensuring on-time service and excellent customer experience.

Working 37 hours per week on a 7-day rota, you\'ll schedule installers and subcontractors, liaise with customers and internal teams, and keep accurate records while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.

Job Description

Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator with a passion for organisation, enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, solving problems and delivering great customer service.

As a Planning Co-Ordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their stairlift installation or removal service efficiently and on time, helping them maintain their independence and mobility.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join our Operations Department, based at our Andover, headquarters.

As a Planning Co-Ordinator, you will work 37 hours per week across a 7-day rota, covering Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-17:00. The pattern consists of 4 x 7.5-hour days and 1 x 7-hour day. This position is offered on a permanent contract.

The salary is £25,400, increasing to £25,900 upon successful completion of probation.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll coordinate installations, removals and distribution activity across the UK, working closely with customers, installers, subcontractors, local authorities and internal teams. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys scheduling, customer interaction, problem-solving and coordinating multiple priorities.
