Job summary

Stannah Group is looking for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Operations Department at the Audenshaw depot. You will support the distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts UK-wide, coordinating activity and liaising with customers and authorities.

The role offers a permanent contract with a salary starting at £24,750, rising to £25,900 after probation, and a 37-hour week including weekend shifts on a rotating pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots.
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service.
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement.
