Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator in Andover to join the Operations Department at Watt Close. The role supports distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts for UK customers, with a40-hour- week structure and shifts including weekends.

Salary starts at £25,400 and rises to £25,900 after probation, on a permanent contract. Ideal candidates will have planning or scheduling experience, strong organisation skills, and good IT and communication abilities, in a busy operational

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement
