Job summary

Stannah is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator at the Audenshaw depot to support the Operations Department in planning, scheduling and administration for distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts nationwide.

The role requires experience in planning and scheduling, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficient IT abilities. A permanent, full-time position with a structured weekday schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots.
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service.
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement.
