Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Planning Coordinator based in the Dudley area for a temporary role. You will schedule installers, coordinate surveyors, engineers, builders and subcontractors to deliver installations across domestic properties in the UK.

The role operates Monday to Friday, with 9:00–17:00 and 8:00–16:00 alternating weeks, and pays £15.22 per hour. You will maintain systems and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling installation projects with multiple trades.
• Knowledge of building works in domestic properties.
• Good knowledge of UK geography and planning for field teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers to manage the installations.
• Co-ordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and sub-contractors to ensure best customer experience.
• Keeping all systems up to date.
• Planning, booking and organising work for builders and engineers along with required sub-contractors.
• Ensure customers are updated at every step of the installation journey.
• Liaising with the Regional build/Installations Manager and assisting in the resolution of any issues.
• Ensuring available resource is filled to capacity, whilst also making sure SLA's are achieved.
• Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls and Email Inboxes relating to the installations.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, surveyors, engineers, builders, build/installation managers, logistics team and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all systems are up to date.

• Must have experience of scheduling installation projects involving multiple trades.
• Ideally have knowledge of requirements covering building works in domestic properties
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and experience planning work for field based teams
• Excellent customer service skills
