Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Planning Coordinator based in Dudley. The role operates Monday to Friday with two weekly shift patterns (9:00–17:00 and 8:00–16:00) and is offered on a temporary basis.

You will liaise with customers, coordinate surveyors, engineers, builders and subcontractors, keep systems up to date and ensure projects are planned, booked and executed smoothly while meeting SLAs and delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Must have experience of scheduling installation projects involving multiple trades.
• Ideally have knowledge of requirements covering building works in domestic properties
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and experience planning work for field based teams
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

Mansioni

• Liaising with customers to manage the installations.
• Co-ordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and sub-contractors, to ensure our customer receives the best possible experience.
• Keeping all systems up to date.
• Planning, booking and organising work for builders and engineers along with required sub-contractors.
• Ensure customers are updated at every step of the installation journey.
• Liaising with the Regional build/Installations Manager and assisting in the resolution of any issues.
• Ensuring available resource is filled to capacity, whilst also making sure SLA's are achieved.
• Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls and Email Inboxes relating to the installations.
