We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Whittlesey Planning team as a Planning Co-Ordinator on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2025.

The role requires multi-skilled tasks within the Planning Department.

You will need to meet all customer and haulier requirements in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high customer service standards. You will also provide customers and hauliers with quality service for enquiries, pricing, invoicing, payments, rebates, and other administrative tasks.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly, politely, and professionally.
  • Calculating costs and processing payments accurately.
  • Processing and managing orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborating with the planning team to clear loads.
  • Proactively contacting hauliers to subcontract work.
  • Reviewing, cleansing, and inputting data accurately.
  • Upholding customer charter and KPI standards.
  • Demonstrating excellent diplomatic communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibiting high initiative and proactive skills.
  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer and haulier enquiries.
  • Resolving customer queries professionally.
