Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
• Strong knowledge of planning and environmental law.
• Experience acting for developers, investors, housebuilders, local authorities, or private clients on planning matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning applications, appeals, judicial reviews and environmental matters.
• Provide strategic planning advice and technical expertise across planning projects.
• Support major development schemes and complex Section 106 negotiations.
