Michael Page is seeking a Solicitor to join its highly regarded planning team in London. You will advise on major residential, mixed-use, regeneration and infrastructure developments across the UK, with exposure to advisory, transactional and contentious work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in planning law.
• Strong technical knowledge of planning, development and infrastructure matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating planning agreements, undertaking planning due diligence and advising on planning strategy.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
